The All Star weighs almost as much as the CITY 2 PLUS yet lacks all of the comfort and performance features and holds only up to 300 lbs. It is not as versatile as the CITY 2 PLUS; narrower seating width and fixed footrest & joystick may not accomodate taller or plus sized users. Lastly, the 10% restocking fee makes it harder to test out the product.
