What is your return policy for power chairs and scooters?

You have 30 days from receipt to return your Travel Buggy power chair or scooter. Please submit our contact form to start a return request. Our support team will provide shipping instructions and a return authorization number for your reference. A flat $80 return shipping fee applies which will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Returns must be clean, undamaged, and include all original packaging and parts. All returned models are inspected, and any damage or cleaning costs may be deducted from your refund.

Returns from remote areas, including Alaska, may be subject to additional shipping fees. Please contact us for a return shipping quote.

What is your return policy for accessories & parts?

For accessories and parts, return shipping is charged at 15% of the item value, with a $25 minimum. This cost will be automatically deducted from your refund. Please submit our contact form within 30 days of the delivery date to start a return request.

Items valued at $25 or less are final sale and cannot be returned.

What items are considered final sale?

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Headrests, footrests, calf rests, cushions and cushion covers, for hygienic reasons
  • Items valued at $25 or less
  • Any other items specifically marked as final sale at the time of purchase

Final sale items are clearly noted during checkout so you always know before buying.

How will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

What if I purchased my Travel Buggy in store at an authorized dealer?

Our 30-day return policy is only available for online purchases made directly through the official Travel Buggy website. Purchases made in store at an authorized dealer will follow the dealer's terms and conditions of sale.
