A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, which covers the cost of return shipping. We will arrange for a courier to pick up your Travel Buggy for return, all you have to do is apply a label to the box.

How will I receive the money back?

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

How long will it take to receive the money back?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned chair.

What if I purchased my Travel Buggy in store at an authorized dealer?

Our 30-Day return policy is only available for ONLINE purchases. Purchases made in store at an authorized dealer will follow the dealer's terms and conditions of sale.

  • You must notify our team of your return within 30 days of receipt of your Travel Buggy by filling out the contact form
  • Our support team will provide shipping instructions and a return authorization number for your reference
  • Before returning, make sure the product is clean and has no damage
  • Final sale items (such as headrests, footrests, and cushions) are not eligible for returns
  • Any obvious damages & cleaning costs will be deducted off the refund
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging including the original box, preferably bubble-wrapped, with no missing pieces/parts
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns, which also covers the cost of return shipping
  • After receiving your return, we will issue your credit back to your original method of payment, minus the restocking fee
